Delivery and returns

Delivery

Our packs are digital. We email your points key, weekly plan, label sheet and shopping list to you as PDF files straight after your payment goes through, usually within a few minutes. If your pack has not arrived within an hour, please check your spam folder, then email us.

We do not currently sell the printed magnetic kit. If we do, its delivery and returns terms will be added here.

Cancelling and refunds

Each personalised pack is made to your answers. Because of that, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply once we have started making it. If you change your mind before we have started, tell us and we will refund you.

If your pack has a fault, or does not match the answers you gave us, tell us and we will put it right or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights.
