Who we are

What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your answers to the questionnaire: your rooms, floors, flooring, pets, children, equipment, extra jobs and notes.
- If you pay, your payment provider handles your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
Why we use it
To build your pack, send it to you, and help you if something is wrong. Our legal basis is that we need this information to carry out the contract with you. If you join the waiting list, our legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Our website host, and our payment provider. We do not sell your information. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address when a page loads. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your answers for 12 months so we can help if you need changes, then delete them. We keep records of payments for as long as the law requires for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your answers sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see your information, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email info@chorenament.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
